Southeast Regional Sales Manager
As the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Bettinardi Golf, it will be your responsibility to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers (green grass facilities, big box retailers, off course retailers, and corporate customers), develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. This position is located in the southeast territory including the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Florida, and Southern Texas.
Responsibilities:
Successfully manage clientele on a sales prospect
Responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts on a regular and consistent basis
Grow relationships within territory through call rotation & networking
Track and report all sales activities within Hubspot
Develop and execute sales strategies through market analysis
Actively prospect for new business
Coordinate with local technical representatives to coordinate and present demo/product days
Efficiently book personal travel accommodations and schedule meetings
Proactive use of email and phone calls to stay in touch with clients, businesses, Bettinardi leadership and team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot
Ability to adapt to work role and aid as a resource for other miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-5 years of golf sales experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hubspot
Extensive Golf Knowledge
Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism

Product Development Specialist
The Product Development Specialist supports the product development team by managing timelines, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and helps coordinate aspects of the product development process. They ensure smooth workflow and help deliver products that meet market demands and quality standards.
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning and managing product development timelines and schedules.
Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met for all stages of product development.
Communication & Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between design, engineering, marketing, and production teams.
Maintain clear and timely communication with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure product designs align with company standards, regulations, and market trends.
Coordinate sample development and manage testing processes.
Market Research:
Assist in analyzing market trends and consumer needs to guide product development efforts.
Support brainstorming and ideation for new product concepts.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve issues or bottlenecks during the development process.
Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Engineering Degree preferred
Experience: 3-5 years working experience in a quality field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
